What does it cost?
The first call is free. The audit is a fixed fee, and I'll tell you what it is on the call. If it can't find at least 10 hours a week to save you, it's free. It ends in a written proposal with a fixed price for the build, and if you sign within 30 days the audit fee comes off that price. After that it's a monthly retainer to run it and keep your team trained.
What happens in the audit?
About an hour with you at your shop, going through every workflow in the business: how calls come in, how quotes go out, how jobs get scheduled, invoiced and followed up. Then I write it up as a proposal: what to automate, what it saves, and what it costs. You keep the write-up either way.
Do I have to rip out ServiceTitan, Jobber or QuickBooks?
No. Everything runs alongside what you already use. We connect what works and replace only what doesn't. Nothing goes dark on day one.
What happens if you get hit by a bus?
Fair question. Your data is always yours and exportable, the system is documented, and it's built so you're never held hostage to one person. Ask on the call and I'll walk you through how continuity works.
Is this just AI hype?
